For years, I had been eager to start my own business. Back when I was in college, receiving care packages was a highlight, and then as a mom sending them to my kids was even more fun. With friends who have connections to the local universities I got the idea to start Baskets by Wren. Eventually friends and acquaintances started to request I make a basket for their special occasion.  As a result my business evolved beyond the university baskets.  Now I get to spread joy to college students and others in my community with one of my many baskets.
